Manam House-made Tapa

How to prepare your House-made Tapa:

  1. Thaw out the meat in the fridge overnight.
  2. In a clean shallow pan, pour enough olive oil to lightly cover the bottom. Preheat over medium heat.
  3. Once oil begins to ripple, sauté tapa until meat is cooked through and nicely caramelized, for around 3-5 minutes.
  4. Enjoy with garlic rice (and a fried egg for good measure)
